We first invested in Sagen in 2019 and privatized the business in 2021. Since then, we have strengthened the platform through disciplined underwriting, enhanced capital and risk management, reinforcing its leading market position and consistent generation of attractive returns on equity.

Scientific Games is a leading provider of technology and services to government-sponsored lotteries worldwide. The business provides the essential technology and hardware systems that are the backbone for operating many of the world’s largest lottery programs.

We acquired the business in 2022 as part of a carve-out from its former parent and have since focused on strengthening commercial execution, driving operational improvements, and expanding value-added services to comprehensively serve lotteries, including growing its iLottery offering. In 2025, we acquired Chemelex, a global leader in the design and manufacture of electric heat-tracing systems as part of a carve-out from an industrial conglomerate.

The business, the inventor of electric heat-tracing, provides the critical wiring systems that regulate the temperature of pipes in industrial plants and commercial buildings in end-markets that include commercial and residential real estate, infrastructure and energy. We are partnering with Chemelex to unlock its potential as an independent business and position it to capture growing global demand for critical temperature management solutions.

CDK Global is a leading provider of technology services and software solutions that help automotive dealers and manufacturers run their businesses more efficiently.

The business provides mission-critical enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to automotive dealerships, delivering high value technology solutions to its customers. Since acquiring CDK through a take-private transaction in 2022, we have focused on growth and operational initiatives to modernize the business’ technology offering, broaden its product range and enhance the user experience.

Modulaire is a leader in modular leasing services and infrastructure across Europe and Asia Pacific. The business provides flexible spaces and value-add services to the infrastructure, real estate, construction and public sectors.
